When I first saw Susan Kokinda present a program called Promethean Action, I knew something different was stirring in the USA. Something aligned with the core of Democracy: Demokratia and the democracy we all envisaged. As they put it, Promethean Action is about igniting a fire of creativity.

Often, the “Chinese” were blamed here and abroad for various economic problems. However, the core of the problem has always been, and will always be, foreign powers meddling in domestic affairs. These foreign powers vary and fluctuate, but all of them have been following the same playbook: Adam Smith-style capitalist economics. In our time, it’s time to adopt a different agenda, different ideas, and embrace change that will benefit all. While the Chinese were being blamed, it was the Masonic Chamber of Commerce, the epitome of Adam Smithian-style economic establishments, that filed to end tariffs.

It’s not about fighting any person or individual, but grinding the gears of “the system” to a halt. Whether Trump is a stooge or the real deal, he is grinding imperial cogs to a halt and reviving the nation-state’s autonomy. It is something that so many countries desire. He is delivering what each of the 63 nations so far wanted as they sign on to a mutual construction plan.

We are living in interesting times as the U.S.A. takes a sweeping lead for the Hegemon of the Anglo-sphere. This is a powerful slingshot from COVID times till now for the USA. It has retracted from fighting imperial ventures to prioritising its national interests. Australia, still lagging behind, is just doing as usual, and Albanese just bummed a free ride in our moderate favor. The foreign entities still hold Australia and Australians by an empirical grip that has seen the cost of living, political freedom, and unity collapse. Without a real direction from Albanese’s government to lead Australia into a democratic revival, we will be the butt of the empire’s whims.
