In June 2022, a list of rights was sent to each state in Australia in circulation for comment and discussion and in protest that none of these are our rights. It has been a year and nothing has been done about them. So it is with love and respect to all Australians that this list is disclosed to the public for comment.

Number 39 and 40 were in relation to the Aboriginal people. It was with the scope that they would give them unhindered access to parliament and for us THE PEOPLE to use that as a backdoor into parliament with the permission of the Aboriginal Elders (after-all, we are One People working together). However, because of the political controversy and ongoing debate over the “Voice” campaign, I do not want to influence which way the politics of the matter head. Either way they have turned it against the initial intent and will do whatever they have been planning for decades to do.

It is therefore, humbly requested that we as a people discuss this list of Rights and work together to ensure we attain them in the coming years. Not because a bill of rights will save us, but because the only way to be respected is to act and to act with honor for something respectable. By participating and discussing you will create these rights the way you and others want them to exist. Humbly, respectfully and with love, Tim.

To say I drafted it would be more accurate than false. However, it has several inspirations and didactic sources such as various Constitutions and the USA constitution in particular. It is in the initial draft and I haven’t altered anything other than omit the last two entries; Which I think is necessary given the amount of publicity the issue has gained.
